I cannot remember where I found this paper, but you will find some useful information about rotary piston, dry screw and rotary vane vacuum pumps. The only reference I have is that it was extracted from the Chemical Industry Digest – 2007.

Não me lembro onde eu encontrei este artigo, mas você vai encontrar algumas informações úteis sobre bomba de vácuo de pistão rotativo, de parafuso e de palhetas rotativas .
