Liquid Ring Vacuum Pump with Full Seal Liquid Recirculation – Bomba de Vácuo de Anel Líquido com Recirculação Total do Selo Líquido
abr 15 Number of View :6775I was asked to post some material about liquid ring vacuum pump and I decided to show a project Omel Pumps-Brazil has developed with me to a Power Plant in San Antonio, TX in the United States (VH Braunig power station). This post is to show how capable a Brazilian company can be.
This arrangement shows all that you need to know about a liquid ring vacuum pump with full recirculation system for the seal liquid. The system consists of a 4500 m³/h liquid ring vacuum pump, 150 HP electric motor, V belt polleys, water/air separator tank, circulating pump, heat exchanger, butterfly valves with electro-pneumatic actuator, solenoid valve, vacuum brake, flow switch, rotameter and electric panel.

Me pediram para postar algum material sobre a bomba de vácuo de anel líquido e eu resolvi mostrar um projeto que a Omel Bombas e Compressores Ltda desenvolveu comigo para uma Usina Térmica de San Antonio, Texas, nos Estados Unidos (VH Braunig power station). Esta postagem é para mostrar a capacidade de uma empresa brasileira .
Este arranjo mostra tudo o que você precisa saber sobre uma bomba de vácuo de anel líquido, com sistema de recirculação total de selo líquido. O sistema consiste de uma bomba de vácuo de anel líquido de 4,500 m³ h, motor elétrico 150 HP, polias e correias em V, tanque separador de ar/água, bomba de circulação, trocador de calor, válvulas de borboleta com acionamento eletro-pneumático, válvula solenóide, quebra vácuo, sensor de vazão e rotâmetro.

Petrobras Standard NI-466 (Heat Exchangers) – Norma Petrobrás N-466 (Trocadores de Calor)
dez 20 Number of View :6751Do you want to sell to Petrobras, the Brazilian oil company? Does your manufacturing process comply with all the international standards like ASME, API, DIN, etc, etc…… . Your company has the ISO9000? OK, you are entitled to supply to Petrobras, but if you have all that but do not know the Petrobras standars you are a step to lose money. Petrobras standards are much more tough than other standards. To be sucessful and not lose money, you have to check all the Petrobras standards and here is one of the most tricky ones and don´t waste your time looking for the standards at the Petrobras website, they are not available to download. Petrobras standards are always being updated, so the one here may have been replaced by a new version, that at the end will not be so different.

OK, você é um sério candidato a fornecedor da Petrobras, mas se você atende a todas as normas citadas, mas não conhece as normas Petrobras, você está a um passo de perder dinheiro. As normas Petrobras são muito mais rígidas que as demais normas. Para ter sucesso e não perder dinheiro você precisa conhecer as normas Petrobras e aqui está uma das mais problemáticas. Não perca seu tempo procurando pelas normas no “site” da Petrobras, elas não estão disponíveis lá. As normas Petrobras estão sempre sendo atualizadas, portanto está apresentada aqui já pode ter sido substituida por uma nova versao, que entretando não será tão diferente assim.
