Since I started working with process vacuum systems in the late 1979, my main dificulty was to find literature about it, other than the internal papers from the companies I worked for. There was no internet at that time and comunication was still done by telex, something that many of you have no idea of what it was like or how it worked. Now you will find at the right side of the blog a link to Amazon.com, with all the books I find that can be of any help.
The book selection will grow as I will also add some titles related to industrial process in general, but the first one will always be the book ” Process Vacuum System Design & Operation from James L. Ryans & Daniel L. Roper “.
Desde que comecei a trabalhar com sistemas de vácuo no distante ano de 1979, a minha principal dificuldade foi encontrar literatura sobre o assunto, com exceção dos documentos internos das empresas que eu trabalhei, raramente se encontrava alguma coisa, mesmo na Livraria Cultura em São Paulo. Não havia internet naquela época e comunicação ainda era feita por telex, algo que muitos de vocês não tem a mínima idéia de como era e como funcionava. Agora você vai encontrar no lado direito do blog um link para a Amazon.com, com todos os livros eu acredito ser de alguma ajuda.
A seleção de livros irá crescer aos poucos quando eu acrescentar também alguns títulos relacionados com processos industriais em geral, mas o primeiro será sempre o livro “Process Vacuum System Design & Operation from James L. Ryans & Daniel L. Roper”.
